The Renaissance Charter HS for Innovation requested a workshop on researching popular music for students. The school schedules intensive mid-term and term-end concentrated projects. We discussed different ways to write and write down music, using examples from the Great American Revue exhibition, as well as introducing them to the music holdings in the circulating collections.
