- A meeting convened by the Department of Urban Affairs, The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This program deals with the black view of school desegregation in terms of gain and equality of education for everybody, the black attitude toward busing, the need for properly prepared teachers, black attitudes toward upgrading ghetto schools, the need for proper preparation of school boards, superintendents, PTA's and students, how to prepare for desegregation, changing the attitudes and the intensity of the racist, the response of teachers' unions to desegregation, and the posture of the teachers in all of this.
