Summary
  1. Jesse Jackson along with his guests, black celebrity spokesmen, a sports writer and an advertising professional, and members of the audience, talks about the marketing of expensive sneakers and trendy clothing to young African American men and the violence that these clothes inspire. Emerging from this discussion is the accusation that the business community is targeting drug dealers as desirable customers. Other issues discussed are the ethical implications of sports and entertainment celebrities as product spokesmen, the exploitation of children by the sports world, the influence of capitalism, and racism in the shoe industry.
