Swift ; handwritten and typescript drafts of Zukofsky's compilation and presentation; and additional responses from: Harvey [Sollberger?], Vincent Persichetti, Otto Luening, Josef Marx, Don Martino, Turetsky [Bertram Turetzky?], [Lejaren?] Hiller, Harold Farberman, Robert Moevs, Michael Colgrass, Eric [?] Berglund [?], J.
