M649245) is probably a post-Lawrence Reddick re-accession and re-catalog item, with an NYPL bookplate of: "The Schomburg Collection of Negro Literature and History." This item was originally part of "Miscellaneous pamphlets <<French>>" added to the Schomburg collection "August 14, 1931," according to G. K. Hall., v. 2, page 1446, column 2, row 3, when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection librarian. Imperfect: treated, and bound in hunter green cloth, library binding; and gilt spine.
