- "This volume is a compilation of seven panel reports and recommendations of the Citizens of the Bronx Pilot Project. The area selected is in the southwestern section of the Borough of the Bronx, comprises three health center districts, Mott Haven, Tremont and Morrisania and has four police precincts. Geographically, the northern boundary follows Fordham Road from the Harlem River to Grand Concourse and 182nd St. and Bronx Park South to the Bronx River.
