Biography
  1. Lewis Van Syckle Fitz Randolph (1838-1920) was an American businessman and financier. After his service in the Union Army in the U.S. Civil War, he worked for the Illinois Central Railroad Company becoming the director in 1875. He resigned in 1885 and established himself in the cattle business in Texas. In 1886 he joined the Tilden Trust Corporation and was named executor and trustee of the Samuel J. Tilden estate in 1903. He also was president of the Atlantic Trust Company and the New York Consolidated Stock Exchange.
