- Note
- Interview with Vera Nemchinova [sometimes also transliterated as Nemtchinova] conducted by Marian Horosko as research for a series of articles entitled "In the shadow of Russian tradition" which appeared in Dance magazine beginning in 1971; the article on Vera Nemchinova was published in the Feb. 1972 issue. The final ca. 5 min. of the recording consists of a conversation between Horosko and Benita Carey about the interview.
- Sound quality is good overall except for tracks 8-9, which is fair. Following a short gap at the end of track 2, there is some distortion but overall the speakers' voices are intelligible. There are also several short gaps.
