Parts I-IV, VI are an historical survey on dancing in the Netherlands from 1900 to 1980, with emphasis on social aspects and foreign influences, notably those of Dalcroze, Isadora Duncan, and Mary Wigman. Includes still photographs, newsreel and performance footage, interspersed with numerous interviews.
