Summary

1. Instruction in ballroom competition figures performed in the foxtrot, waltz, tango, and quickstep, demonstrated by exhibition ballroom dancers Marcus and Karen Hilton. Requires a basic familiarity with these dances. Figures include the telemark, running weave, woodpecker, standing spin, back checks, Rudolph fallaway, rocket, gem, chassé roll, whiplash, traveling contra check, and scatter chassé. The Hiltons also perform at the beginning and end of the tape.
