Videotaped in dress rehearsal for the Jerome Robbins Archive at Zellerbach Auditorium, the University of California, Berkeley, on October 25, 1990, by Jay Millard, with the assistance of grants from the New York State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment on the Arts.
2. Choreography: Bronislava Nijinska. Preliminary reconstruction by Sir Anton Dolin and Frank W. D. Ries. Reconstructed, staged and directed by Irina Nijinska and Ries. Music: Darius Milhaud. Libretto: Jean Cocteau. Scenery/curtain: Realized by Ron Steger after the original décor by Henri Laurens and original curtain by Pablo Picasso. Costumes: Realized and constructed by Mario Alonzo and Dale Foster after original designs by Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel. Lighting: Robert Klemm.
