Summary
  1. Lance Westergard, Carolyn Brown, and Kathleen Moore, three dancers who worked with Antony Tudor as a teacher and choreographer, reminisce about his working methods in the classroom and the rehearsal studio. Brown recalls dancing in his Exercise piece, created for Juilliard students; Moore relates how he coached her in the role of Hagar in Pillar of fire. Westergard describes the creation of Concerning oracles, and demonstrates classroom exercises and a révérence for the end of class. Brown, who talks about Tudor's modern sensibility, is seen in b&w excerpts from Merce Cunningham's videodance Variations V.
