Studio rehearsal of excerpts from the ballet, in rehearsal clothes, with piano accompaniment. The rehearsal is supervised by Larry Long. Also present are Ruth Page, who offers occasional comments, and musical director Daniel Forlano. The camera frequently focuses on Page rather than the dancers, and most of the shots are close-ups that do not offer a clear view of the choreography.
