Lerman discusses Anatomy of an inside story, which she created in collaboration with Boyd in 1990, then talks about her many activities, including the companies Dance Exchange and Dancers of the Third Age; her efforts to take dance to the community; and her work with older people as dancers. -- Cassette 2 (approx. 48 min.): Continuation of the interview with Lerman, who is joined by Boyd. -- Panel discussion moderated by Gere, including Lerman, Boyd, and performers involved in the 1992 Bay Area Dance Series organized by José María Francos, among them P. J. Hirabayashi, Freddie Long, Anne Aronov, Andrea Lee, Stephen Pelton, Terry Sendgraff, Neil Marcus, Remy Charlip, Robert Henry Johnson, and others.
