Ornaments primarily depict Oriental scenes, including a man smoking, dragons and other mythic animals, people, possibly intended to be rulers or aristocracy, a man being punished, women serving food, boats; allegorical scenes, including angels; crests and crowns; lions and birds.
Plates numbered [1], 2-6. First plate engraved with a dedication signed Paul Deckerus architectus, and has in lower border: P. Decker archit. inv. del. et exc., and subsequent pages P.D. ar. inv. del.
Ornament designs for embroidery and lacquerwork, including designs for tables, saddle cloths and tobacco cases.
