Summary
  1. Eight interviews with members of Chaksam-pa, a San Francisco-based performing group specializing in Tibetan dance and opera. All the interviewees are queried about their experiences as students and instructors at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) in Dharamsala, India, and their perceptions of their performance of the Tibetan folk opera Sukyi Nima, presented the day before as the climax of Tibet Week in Flagstaff.
