  1. Former New York City Ballet dancer Rebecca Metzger discusses her work as manager of the New York City Ballet Workout [an exercise program licensed to sports clubs and gyms]; moving to Manhattan to study at School of American Ballet; early impressions of Peter Martins; working with Jerome Robbins on The concert; working with Martins on the creation of his ballets; her favorite ballets to dance. She recalls studying with Suki Schorer, Suzanne Farrell and Kay Mazzo, the teachers from whom she learned the most about Balanchine's movement style, and describes being coached by Heather Watts. In closing, she shares her thoughts on New York City Ballet's future goals.
