Summary
  1. Producer/director Harold Prince discusses the high points of his Broadway career before an audience at the National Portrait Gallery, beginning with his apprenticeship with George Abbott, continuing through collaborations with Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim and Jerome Robbins on West side story, with Sondheim again on Sweeney Todd and other projects, and concluding with his work on the 1994 revival of Jerome Kern's Show boat, for which he reshaped the original 1927 material for a contemporary audience.
