  2. The tap dance kid opened at the Broadhurst Theater, New York, N.Y., on Dec. 21, 1983, closed there on March 11, 1984, reopened at the Minskoff Theatre on March 27, 1984, and ended its Broadway run on August 11, 1985. This tape was made at the Minskoff at some point during the show's run there.
