- 336 contact prints, the majority probably taken by Claire Holt, some duplicating photographs found elsewhere in this collection. Subjects include dance, festivals, architecture, people, and scenery.
- Among the Balinese dance subjects are: Barong, Wayang kulit, Baris, Baris omang, Baris dadap, Joged bungbung, Wayang wong (Ramayana). Javanese dance subjects include: Reog, Barong, Jatilan, street dancing, dance technique (stepping), hand gestures, Sugianto as Gatotkaca dancing the Kiprah, Klono (both with and without mask), Bedoyo, Serimpi, Djaikem demonstrating the Golek and (as a talèdèk) the Gambyong (she is also seen in the Langendriya role of Menak Djingga), the Wayang wong play Arjuna Wiwaha, Garebeg, and dance sculptures from Prambanan and Borobudur.
