Summary

1. Jerome Robbins, assisted by ballet master Jean-Pierre Frohlich, directs two rehearsals of Mother Goose. In the first rehearsal Teresa Reyes and Brian Reeder rehearse the roles of Laideronette and the Green serpent, with many repetitions, some using props. In the second rehearsal six boys audition for the roles of the Courier, Cupid, and Hop o' my Thumb. Robbins describes and demonstrates the roles and the boys rehearse them in groups and singly.
