Summary
  1. Documentary on a series of shamanistic rituals held in spring 2003, and intended to ensure a good catch for the fishermen of Palyi Island in Korea. The Korean female shaman Kim Kŭm-hwa [in Western usage, Kŭm-hwa Kim; also transliterated as Kim Keum-hwa] and others are seen preparing for and participating in the rituals, which include music, dancing, and playacting.
