  2. Recording is undated; it was probably made between 1960 and 1969.
  3. Disc 1: (ca. 46 min.) Sound is very low and indistinct at first; recording becomes louder but is marred by echoing. Disc 2: (ca. 26 min.) Sound quality is extremely poor; recording is marred by echoing and extraneous noise.
