Summary

1. Entrant in the Dance Films Association's 32nd annual Dance on Camera Festival 2004. Documentary on the intensive summer dance workshop given by the Isadora Duncan Foundation for Contemporary Dance. Lori Belilove, the Foundation's artistic director and a dancer and teacher specializing in Duncan technique, discusses the goals and activities of the workshop as well as the Foundation's certification program for performers and teachers. Among the activities depicted in the Foundation's New York City studios are a master class taught by Julia Levien, and a children's class taught by candidates for certification. The students present studio performances of two Duncan pieces, the Andante con moto to music by Schubert, and the Dance of the Furies, to music by Gluck, and share in a dance improvisation.
