"The sixty-first publication of the Arion Press ... designed and produced by Andrew Hoyem with Gerald Reddan, Leif Erlandsson, Rachel Young, Timothy Higbee, Devin Cecil-Wishing, Charles Martin, Katherine Case, Peter Stoelzl, and Lewis Mitchell. The type is Goudy Old Style, in Monotype and hand composition, with swash letters in the italic used for display. The paper is Mohawk Superfine for the text and photographs, Rives Lightweight for the etchings, and Fabriano Ingres for the leaves mounted with the prints. The photographs were printed in duo-tone and four-color offset lithography by Phelps/Schaefer Lithographics Company, Brisbane, California. The intaglio plates were etched and proofed by Timothy Berry of Teaberry Press in San Francisco, California. The intaglio printing was done by Robert Townsend of R.E. Townsend, Inc., Georgetown, Massachusetts"--Colophon
  4. The 6 full-page etchings, printed in black and red, are mounted on sheets of brick red Fabriano Ingres. They are fragments of a large etching that was issued with 50 special copies of the book.
