  1. The pas de deux set to Ives' Three-page sonata was not included in the final version of Ives, songs, but may have been performed separately.
  2. Concertino is set to Stravinsky's Concertino orchestrated for twelve instruments and three pieces for solo clarinet. It was originally included in the 1982 ballet Four chamber works. Concertino was performed during New York City Ballet's festival of Jerome Robbins' ballets in June, 1990.
