Summary
  1. Compilation of television coverage related to the Joseph Papp/New York Shakespeare Festival production Tracers. The play which recounts eight veterans' tours of duty in Vietnam, was conceived and directed by John DiFusco. It was performed by the Vietnam Veterans Ensemble Theater Company (VETCO) at the Public Theater from January 21 to July 7, 1985. Included are thirteen segments mostly from New York, N.Y. aired March 8 to June 3, 1985. Segments feature interviews with Tom Bird, artistic director of VETCO and cast members and performance excerpts. Some of the coverage is contained within larger reports on the Vietnamese Conflict and its aftermath at the tenth anniversary of the end of the war.
