Marian Étoile Watson reviews the New York Shakespeare Festival production of Shakespeare's Coriolanus, now at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Joseph Papp's production which features a cast of Black and Hispanic actors follows an already established historical tradition of Black actors performing Shakespeare.

New York Shakespeare Festival literary manager Gail Merrifield Papp discusses her great great grandfather John Wilkes Booth, a Shakespearean actor who assassinated President Lincoln. Papp discusses aspects of Booth's character and personality, her research on Martha Lizola Mills, said to be Booth's partner, and how members of her family coped with being Booth's descendants.
