- The 1st-3rd works recorded 1947-1950 were issued as 78 rpm records and included in early LP's of the 1950's; the 4th work recorded July 15, 1931 was released on a pre-microgroove 33 1/3 rpm long playing record, L-7001; the 5th, 6th, 8th-10th works recorded 1944-1947 were never released; the 7th work recorded Apr. 3, 1931 was released on seven 10 in. discs (RCA Victor M-108) with part of the 1st movement recorded Mar. 4, 1933 and released on M-185.
