2. Chaconne first performed at the Humphrey-Weidman Studio Theater, New York City, by José Limón on Dec. 27, 1942.
3. Carlota first performed at the City Center American Dance Marathon, ANTA Theater, New York City by the José Limón Dance Company, on Oct. 5, 1972.
4. A Choreographic Offering first performed at the American Dance Festival at Connecticut College, New Haven, Conn., by the José Limón Dance Company on Aug. 15, 1946.
