Summary

1. A full run-through of Ocean, in rehearsal clothes with music and lighting, begins at 10 min. into disc 1 and ends at 40 min. into disc 2. The first 10 min. of disc 1 contain footage of dancers rehearsing and warming up individually, and conversation between Marsha Skinner and lighting assistants. The last 20 min. of disc 2 contain more footage of dancers rehearsing independently and of Merce Cunningham giving comments to the dancers, and conversation between Skinner and Laura Kuhn of the John Cage Trust.
