  1. Each dinner course featured entertainment; numbers were announced by horn call, played by Jeff Kibbitt.

Cassette 1 contains a live recording of musical performances and speeches at the 1992 New York Shakespeare Festival benefit, including various performers, speakers and songs from past NYSF productions. Cassette 2 contains performance of a song originally written the NYSF production of the play Trelawny of the "Wells". Meryl Streep recorded this song while filming in Switzerland; she missed attending the benefit. It was also featured on Cassette 1.
