The text was keyboarded by Mackenzie-Harris with refinements by hand at the Press. The paste paper for the cover was handmade by Molly Green and Greg Campbell at the Campbell-Logan Bindery, where the book was bound. Neil Shaver was the pressman using a Vandercook Universal III"--Colophon.
