Summary
  1. This "definitive reggae film" was conceived in 1977/78, a period of turmoil in Jamaica, caused, in part, by the enmity of Prime Minister Michael Manley and opposition leader Edward Seaga. Shot on location in Kingston and other Jamaican locales, the concert film features the late Bob Marley and fellow reggae stars Peter Tosh and Jacob Miller at the height of their careers. Attesting to reggae's political influence, Marley's "One Love Peace Concert" culminates in the appearance of Manley and Seaga who join hands on stage.
