Summary
  1. An experimental documentary showing the effect of the telecast, "Sixteen in Webster Groves" in February 1966 on the Missouri community of Webster Groves, an affluent suburb of St. Louis. Includes interviews with citizens of the town and the persons who appeared in the original film who express their views about the telecast which discussed the values and aspirations of the 16-year-old youth in the community. The responses show that the television medium can be a catalyst for change and re-evaluation. (See Sixteen in Webster Groves)
