Inset in the front and back covers of the binding are two prints by Frank Lobdell, etchings with aquatint. The plates were etched and proofed by David Kelso at Made in California in Oakland, California, and editioned by Robert Townsend at R.E. Townsend, Inc., in Georgetown, Massachusetts ...
