Note
  1. Disc 1 (from track 1, ca. 1:50 min.), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura engages in an informal conversation with Hidekazu Yoshida, Aiko Ohtaki, and an unidentified male. They briefly talk about Ohtaki's stay in New York, and discuss Japanese musicians and dancers in the U.S. such as violinist Toshiya Eto. The handwritten notes in the original container read "May, 1954 (?). Mr. Yoshida from Japan. He is a music teacher in Japan. Miss Aiko Ohtaki. Mr. Yoshida, music critic, Tokyo Mainichi."
  2. Disc 2 (from track 1, ca. 0:45 min.), in English: Yeichi Nimura, Lisan Kay, and Velerie Camille engage in an informal general conversation over dinner. The handwritten notes in the original container read "May 28, 1961. Velerie Camille - Sunday dinner at Studio 60. American dancer (Jack Cole) now in Paris - studying Nimura work here (among other classes) (two week stay) with L. Kay."
  3. The sound quality is good in disc 1. The sound quality is poor in disc 2. There are loud noises throughout disc 2, and the voices are often unintelligible.
