Note

1. The three discs consist of five recordings made on separate occasions.
2. Disc 1 (tracks 1 to 8), in English: Lisan Kay reads aloud an article she wrote about Yeichi Nimura entitled Destiny and I meet Nimura. The recording date is unknown.
3. Disc 1 (track 9) to disc 2 (track 1), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura engages in a general conversation with two unidentified Japanese males. They discuss performing arts in the U.S. and Japan. The recording date is not identified, but based on internal references in the recording, it was probably made in 1966 or 1967 .
4. Disc 2 (tracks 2 to 15), in English: Lisan Kay speaks with an unidentified female. It appears that the female is translating articles about Yeichi Nimura from French into English for Kay. The recording date is unknown.
5. Disc 3 (tracks 1 to 9), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura gives a dance lesson to the Japanese dancer, Kaoru Ishii. The handwritten notes in the original container read "Ms. Kaoru Ishii, dancer. Gave lesson before she left to Europe. Jan. 30, 1966. The day of big snow storm."
6. Disc 3 (track 10, ca. 1:00 min. to track 12), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura greets and very briefly speaks with two unidentified Japanese males.
7. The sound quality is good in discs 1 and 3. The sound quality is fair in disc 2. The voices are soft at times, and are not always intelligible in disc 2.
