Summary
  1. From St. James Theatre in NYC, a salute to composer Jule Styne especially famous for a series of Broadway musicals. The program is composed of musical numbers, excerpts from shows and films, and comic routines depicting the composer's career, achievements, and associates. Styne chats with Jack Klugman, Sammy Cahn and Arthur Laurents; there are film clips of Gene Autry, Doris Day, Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra singing from his songbook.
