  1. Recorded at Kristiansand Cathedral, Norway, February 2009. The tracks performed by Percy Grainger were recorded on Duo-Art rolls in 1919 and 1921 and controlled by microprocessor for performance (the concerto is a combination of a roll accompanied by live orchestra). The tracks performed by Grieg are from a Phonola roll made in 1906 realized by pianolist, Rex Lawson. The sonata accompaniment realized from early rolls performed by Rex Lawson and Øyvind Bjorå in 2009.
