3. This is a story both historical and autobiographical. In the plot of this slice of history (1956-2014), a real character walks with cautions through the vicissitudes of difficult and perilous conjunctures. The first volume tells the various stages of the political system that has dominated Haiti's history for six decades. The second volume focuses on Ynor Tolijean and the craggy political landscape of these sixty years through memory and testimony. In the third volume, La verge d'airain, the main character, Ynor Tolijean, medical student, stood out for President François Duvalier, and he is in a way protected. It excites the jealousy and envy of more than one in his entourage.
