2. Cover has date of 2012. According to the artist, the book was begun in 2012, but completed in 2013.

4. Book is a double sided, accordion which is housed in a bright orange wooden box (40 x 29 cm.) that has been decorated with smoke by Joseph Hoover. Laid into a niche in the box bottom is a DVD of Captain Don performing and talking about his career. Film is done by Alan Govenar.
5. Limited edition of 35 copies.
6. "The photographs, originally Cibachromes, are ink jet prints made by Katy Parker at Coupralux in Dallas. The papers are Hahnermuhle and Root River Mill cotton made by Lisa Beth Robinson, Brian Borchardt, Jeff Morin and me. The type is Michael Bixler's Perpetua, Arcadian Press Barnum and Jeff Morin's Congo. The eccentric wood type was a gift from Mark Brueggeman. I [Caren Heft] designed, printed (on my Vandercook 4), and bound the book at the Arcadian Press in summer, fall and winter 2012-2013, assisted by students Alexander Landerman and Tim Vermeulen."--Colophon.
