1. "Ghost of Chance, by William S. Burroughs and George Condo, is the eighth book in the Artists and Writers Series published by the Library Fellows of the Whitney Museum of American Art. The edition is limited to 160 copies, each signed by Burroughs and Condo. Proceeds from the sale of Ghost of Chance benefit the Whitney Museum Library. This edition was designed by Leslie Miller and organized by May Castleberry, editor of the Artists and Writers Series. James Grauerholz, long time assistant of Burroughs, edited the text. George Condo made the etchings with Aldo Crommelynck, who printed the edition in Paris. The text was set in Monotype Walbaum by Michael Bixler and printed by hand on Hannumuhle etching paper by Leslie Miller at The Grenfell Press. Sue Medlicot printed the lithographs at Allethaire Press. Claudia Cohen hand-bound the edition."--Colophon.
