  1. Published on the occasion of an exhibition held in November 2011 at Mundo Cuervo, Tequila, Jalisco and in February 2012 at the Centro Cultural Estación Indianilla, Mexico City. The exhibition incorporates an earlier exhibition "The art of the book in California: five contemporary presses" held June 1-August 28, 2011 at the Iris & B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts at Stanford University, and a selection from books by various Mexican authors.
