There can be no commercial uses for any source published abroad fewer than 140 years ago. Additionally, there are Rights of Privacy and Publicity issues for images containing people in all sources, whether or not they are protected by copyright. There can be no commercial uses of images without permission from the sitter(s) for 50 years after their deaths. If death dates are not known then the restriction lasts for 100 years for adults, and 120 years for children, from the date of creation.
