    Build, code, and investigate with NYPL’s amazing STEAM Discovery Kits! Available to borrow from Westchester Square Library and select other branches across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island, these kits enable kids and tweens to explore robotics, circuitry, microbiology, engineering, coding, and more using exciting tools, toys, and books at home.

About the Library

The Westchester Square Branch of The New York Public Library, which began serving the public in 1937, moved to its present quarters on Glebe Avenue in 1956. The first floor houses the adult, young adult, and reference collections. The children's room is located on the second floor.
